AFCHD wants to create awareness in the families and communities on diseases that are prevalent nationally and globally. Awareness creation helps the communities to have the ability to directly know something about the prevalent diseases. This is meant to convey the knowledge and skills that will contribute to the reduction in transmission of the prevailing diseases; thus ensuring that our families and community remain healthy and productive.
